This year was “unpredictable” at best, and like we stated last year: Nothing gets us through hard times like music! Some of these groups and albums we’ve talked about before, but we thought it was worth the time to recognize all of the amazing recorded output of 2021!

This year was “unpredictable” at best, and like we stated last year: Nothing gets us through hard times like music! Some of these groups and albums we’ve talked about before, but we thought it was worth the time to recognize all of the amazing recorded output of 2021!

What is it we do here at InObscuria? Every show Kevin opens the crypt to exhume and dissect from his personal collection; an artist, album, or grouping of tunes from the broad spectrum of rock, punk, and metal. This week we look back on another tumultuous year that had its ups and downs, but mostly ups for the world of rock n’ punk n’ metal (minus the touring). In celebration of the New Year, we wanted to find some nuggets of joy from the last 12-months. We hope everyone’s families are safe, and that you are able to take some time to kick back and rock with us! Happy New Year everyone!
