This week, we bring you the 3rd and final volume of “Grave Mistakes: They Shoulda Been Huge!!!” from a band we’ve covered in past Gothtobers. Another in-depth exploration of a perennial Halloween favorite for us: the frightfully amazing HELLOWEEN! This German band has had a lasting impact on Kevin, but how will Robert react now that he's seen the power of metaling pumpkins live in concert?

This episode is rooted in our Should Have Been category. This is a band that we have featured on the show several times over the years and is the end of our trilogy of deep dives. A German band that helped establish the metal genre known as, “Power Metal”. Unfortunately, their brilliance and innovation have never fully been recognized to the degree that it deserves. We think they SHOULD BE HUGE… and we are ready to fly that banner proudly!

2. Helloween - “Ride The Sky” from Walls Of Jericho (1985)
3. Helloween - “Judas” from Judas - EP (1986)
4. Helloween - “Future World” from Keeper Of The Seven Keys: Part I (1987)
