Ep. 54: Another WILD CARD featuring Jeremy Zamora

Episode Summary

This week we once again welcome Foo Fighters tribute band – The Colour & The Shape guitarist: Jeremy Zamora to the show for another round of a game we call, “WILD CARD”! Robert tries to redeem his loss and take back the coveted championship belt, as he and Jeremy go head-to-head in a game where they try to get points by naming the obscure band that is being played. Of course, we always make it more interesting by making it a drinking game. Another 10-songs for Robert’s chance at retribution! Was he able to do it? Pour yourself a cup of cheer, tune in, and play along…

Episode Notes

What is it that we do here at InObscuria? Besides conducting ridiculous game shows, we exhume obscure Rock n' Punk n' Metal in one of 3 categories: the Lost, the Forgotten, or the Should Have Beens. In this episode we take a listen to all 3, as we let our contestants pick a randomly obscure song by the decade in which it was released from a creatively curated playlist. Our good friend Jeremy has been in bands with your hosts; and is an amazing guitarist and all-around music aficionado.

Songs this week include:

  1. Gamma – “Ready For Action” from Gamma 1 (1979)
  2. Kings Of The Sun – “Full Frontal Attack” from Full Frontal Attack (1990)
  3. SRC – “Daystar” from SRC (1968)
  4. Mooney Suzuki – “Electric Sweat” from Electric Sweat (2001)
  5. The Godfathers – “This Damn Nation” from Hit By Hit (1986)
